Our primary goal in supporting you during this time is to give you a space where you can openly & honestly share how all of this is feeling for you and be met with compassion, acceptance, and support.
Whatever you’re feeling, we want you to know that it’s valid.
It’s okay to be angry when other people get pregnant.
It’s okay to be be unsure if you want to keep trying altogether.
It’s okay to hate being pregnant.
It’s okay to want to have an unmedicated birth or to be all about getting an epidural.
It’s okay to be completely disconnected from your sexuality during this time.
