Consultation Services
Are you a helping professional who needs education, support, and tools in order to better help your clients with sexual concerns?
Whether you are a healthcare provider, a bodyworker, a therapist, a coach, or a doula, every person you are helping has a relationship with sexuality. Many clients come to us after feeling invalidated, unheard and unsupported by other providers. Your clients/patients deserve support, compassion and understanding in these vulnerable moments!
Most training programs don’t offer specific education and resources around sexuality. If you feel uncomfortable, awkward, avoidant, unsure, apprehensive, or confused when something related to sex is coming up for the folks you support, we’re here to help!
We offer professional consultation that will help you:
understand common client experiences with helping professionals that can perpetuate sexual shame, anxiety or pain
develop more education about sexuality and sexual concerns
access language that will leave you feeling more confident talking to your clients/patients about sexuality
identify when more specialized sexual support is needed and what kind
compile resources to be able to share with your clients/patients
unpack some of your own feelings around sex that may get in the way of supporting your clients/patients
