As a neurodivergent therapist, I’m particularly passionate about supporting Autistic folks and ADHDers. I also enjoy helping couples build more fulfilling relationships & those with sexual concerns find more ease in their sexuality.

Why I do this work:

We all carry within us the potential to lead fulfilling lives. However, at times, we need a compassionate hand to help us unlock the tools we already inherently possess. My journey, which includes my own experiences with therapy, has shown me the powerful impact therapy can have in transforming our relationship with the world around us. These experiences have shaped my personal growth and instilled a desire to offer the same support to others.

As someone who identifies as AuDHD but was not diagnosed until later in life, I understand the challenges of navigating a world where neurodivergence is often overlooked or misunderstood. As a result, I'm passionate about creating an inclusive, nonjudgmental space where you are valued for who you truly are, regardless of any diagnostic labels. My experience fuels my commitment to walk alongside you as you explore your strengths and navigate your unique path to healing and self-discovery.

My life has taken me down many paths, each one helping to shape me into a more empathetic and skilled provider. From growing up in a small town, to earning a Bachelor in Fine Arts degree and then spending over a decade working in the nightlife industry, I've learned that life's twists and turns can lead to colorful, enriching experiences. My desire to have a positive impact on the world was cemented when I began volunteering as a Sexual Assault Advocate with the YWCA. This led me to return to school and pursue a degree in Sociology with a focus in Psychology. During that time, I worked at a psychology office helping to assess adults for Autism and ADHD. Today, I am working to complete my Master of Social Work degree at Columbia University. Upon graduation, I look forward to continuing my mission of uplifting and celebrating the diverse identities and experiences that make the world we live in such a unique and wonderful place.

How I do this work:

I am deeply committed to providing trauma-informed care and have a history of working with survivors of sexual assault and interpersonal violence. In our sessions, I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable being vulnerable and open. Therapy must be a collaborative process guided by your goals. In that, I am here to offer compassionate encouragement and structure as you work toward them. Whether you are seeking individual support or navigating life's challenges with a loved one, I welcome you.

My approach is inclusive and affirming of diverse cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures. I believe that Sex Work is Real Work, and I provide understanding and respectful care to all who participate in this valid form of employment. In my practice, I acknowledge the oppressive societal structures we exist among, and I am dedicated to unlearning the ways that my privilege may become present in the services I provide.

I prioritize creating a space where you feel valued and look forward to our time together. I encourage your feedback as we move through this process to ensure it remains tailored to your evolving needs. Each session should feel supportive, welcoming, and sometimes even lighthearted. Healing is a journey that involves a balance of serious reflection and moments of joy. I am here to walk alongside you, bringing empathy, humor, and my own life experiences, ensuring you never feel alone as you navigate the challenges and joys of life.
